For the equipped facilities, the use of the sports facilities during the opening hours is governed by the individual regulations of the respective housing complexes approved in the housing community assembly and in any case subject to any legal restrictions imposed by the local authorities, regional and national. No responsibility is taken for the partial or total non-use of the swimming pools, tennis courts and other sports facilities in the individual complexes, caused by epidemiological, bacteriological risk situations, adverse climatic conditions, official measures, unforeseeable circumstances or force greater. In any case, the use of the sports facilities represents an ancillary service and is not an essential contractual condition. Bathing cap obligation.
