The farmhouse is located on the hills overlooking the sea, at approximately 5 km linear distance from the sea at Maria a Mare, outside the famous city of Fermo. The property has a beautiful garden with palm trees, open spaces and terraces. The beach is 7 km away, the last kilometer is not paved. The property is in a farm of about 50 hectares, operating in the exclusively organic cultivation of fruits and wine. Here you can see photos of the wine cellar and the barrels.


This lovingly restored farmhouse typical of the Marche region features four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

    “Es handelt sich um ein Bio-Weingut und das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem super schönen Ausblick auf das Hinterland und das ca. 5 km entfernte Meer. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Tarazzo, welche die schönste der 4 Wohnungen ist. Der Vermieter spricht gut englisch und seine Weine sind sehr empfehlenswert.

    Da hinter dem Haus ein kleiner See ist, empfehlen wir Fliegengitter mitzunehmen (3 x 130*150 cm; 1x Türvorhang), da die Fenster leider nicht damit ausgestattet sind. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der nächste (sehr große) Supermarkt ist ca. 6 KM entfernt.

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.”
