The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor and all have garden or balcony, with views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The residence, surrounded by nature, has a pool and paddling pool. At 2 km there is a private beach where, at discounted prices, you can make use of motor boats, pedal boats, canoes, kayaks and mountain bikes. Distances: 15 km Verbania. Availability of E-bikes (against payment) and of a charging station for electric cars at the property's parking lot. Arrivals have to take place before 6 p.m. The pictures are just example photos.
