Gorgeous, lovingly furnished holiday apartment enjoying a central location in Valencia
This luxuriously furnished holiday apartment is on the sixth floor and features great views over the formula 1-racetrack and surrounding area. The building boasts an elevator that takes you up to your floor.
The light flooded 40 m² open plan kitchen is divided into a living- and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, LED cable television and telephone. The kitchen is complete with oven and microwave oven, fridge, freezer compartment, induction cooktop and dish washer, and there also is a washing machine and clothes dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms, one has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), LED tv and its own shower bathroom, and the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds and LED tv. The apartment also has two shower bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have access to the balcony from which you can admire the beautiful view. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs.
The holiday apartment is in a residential area, surrounded by various restaurants and cafes and close to one of Valencia’s most popular shopping streets. Only a few metres away from your apartment you find the famous ‘Agora’ museum, right in the middle of Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences. The sea and Port of Valencia is only a few minutes’ walk away. A three minutes’ walk takes you to the ‘Aqua’ shopping centre with its wide range of shops. The apartment is in an ideal home base for tours of the city and for visiting the beautiful gardens alongside the river Turia which you find only a few minutes’ walk away. It also is a perfect place for hiking, running and cycling. Turia Gardens stretch from the coast to the opposite end of the city. A walk along the gardens leads you to the beautiful Old Town with its impressive ‘Torres de Serrano‘ towers and old city gates (35 minute walking distance). You can also visit Valencia’s modern zoo which is located on one end of Turia Gardens. In the immediate vicinity of your apartment you find a bicycle rental and a bus stop offering transport connections to the city centre and beach.
