Holiday apartment for two adults and three children on the first floor, with a lift, near Prag
The apartment is in a peaceful apartment building, about a three-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. The Letna II apartment is on the first floor of six. It is easily accessible by lift.
The living room has a double bed, slightly to one side. The sofa can also be pulled out as a comfortable double bed. The bedroom also has two single beds and a double bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric stove and oven, a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and of course a sink. There is also an array of tableware and cookware, for cooking and dining. The kitchen also has a sitting corner. The bathroom comprises a shower, WC and a washbasin. There is also a separate WC with a washbasin. Wireless Internet access is available in the apartment, free of charge and encrypted.
There is a public car park about a five-minute walk away, which is payable. The apartment can be used by a maximum of two adults, accompanied by a maximum of 5 children. If there more than 3 children, then the owner would like them to be accompanied by 2 adults.
The surroundings are very safe. The nearest police station is right opposite the house. The apartment is near the Letna Park, the trade fair ground (Výstaviště) and the National Gallery of Modern Art (Národní Galerie moderního umění), in a quiet are just 15-20 minutes on foot from the old town. You can find plenty of leisure and entertainment nearby, such as authentic Czech restaurants and bars, clubs, casinos and shops. The same residential block has a little cinema with a very cosy bar, with an exceptional and friendly atmosphere that will entice you to linger.
