Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.


Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. 

The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .


The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

The price includes:

The train station of Campofelice is just 300 meters' walk from the villa. Several bars and restaurants can be found within 400 meters on the promenade. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters from the villa.

    “Die Wohnung ist einfach, jedoch mit allem ausgestattet, was für uns wichtig war. Da das Wetter noch kühl war, hat uns ein Wohnzimmer gefehlt, in dem wir den Tag gemütlich ausklingen hätten lassen können. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, wovon 2 sich im Souterrain befinden. Die 2 Terrassen und eine Veranda waren sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Strand toll. Jedoch ist das Haus kein alleinstehendes Haus, sondern eins von 4 zusammenhängen Häusern. Dieser Komplex ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Alle Geräusche der Nachbarn sind sehr deutlich zu hören. Das empfanden wir als sehr störend.”

    “Das Haus war schön groß und sauber, wie bereits mehrmals geschrieben allerdings sehr hellhörig. Der Garten war wunderschön mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Leider gab es bei Ankunft nicht einmal Toilettenpapier. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Meter zum Meer und ein paar Restaurants. Der Bahnhof ist ebenso einfach zu erreichen um Tagesausflüge nach Palermo etc zu unternehmen. Was gestört hat, war definitiv das Bellen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft vor allem in der Nacht.”
