A light-filled, spacious attic studio style apartment with original features plus beautiful views of the steep vineyards, suitable for up to two persons. And is within a historic half-timbered building in the centre of the traditional wine-producing village of Ellenz which is nine kilometres from the castle town of Cochem and just across the Moselle from the picturesque village of Beilstein. Located at the top of the building on the third floor in the old roof space of the house with 61 m² of living space on two floors complete with a gallery seating area.
The special features of this apartment are the impressive exposed-beam construction and the original, preserved staircase to the gallery, which looks down over the open-plan apartment area. Above in the gallery is a seating area with two large armchairs giving a crows nest view to maybe enjoy reading that book you always wanted to finish or listening to some music while enjoying a glass of wine or a retiring liqueur. In the sleeping/living area, for your comfort, there is a 180 x 200 cm Super King Size Bed, A Double Wardrobe for ample storage. Together with a relaxing lounge area with two comfortable Two Seater Sofas, A Flat Screen LED HD TV with Satellite and USB Media Connection.
There is also a large private En Suite Shower Room complete with a double shower enclosure, Washbasin and WC, Complimentary Rituals® Toiletries are also provided as are Duck Feather /Down Bedding and Pillows and 100% Cotton Shower/Hand Towels.
