Klein, aber fein, so präsentieren sich die Ferienwohnungen in dem Doppelhaus. Die Wohnungen gehen über 2 Etagen und bieten Ihnen je ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Zwei Schlafzimmer (alle Betten sind bezogen), ein Badezimmer sowie eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche mit 4er Ceranfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach gehören zur Ausstattung. Die Schlafräume sind mit einem Doppelbett, der andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und die Fenster mit Außenjalousien und Fliegengittern versehen. Bei Bedarf wird ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl gestellt. Max. 4 Personen, 50 m² Wohnfläche, 3 Zimmer, Dusch-WC, WLAN, Waschmaschine (ohne Gebühr)
Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Außerdem sind Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Kinder können auf dem Spielrasen ausgiebig toben oder die Schaukel, die Sandkiste oder die Rutsche nutzen.

Ab Herbst 2023 wird der Kurpark in Friedrichskoog modernisiert, sowie der Deich nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben verstärkt (Klimadeich, Baubeginn ca. April 2024).
Aufgrund der Umbaumaßnahmen ist ab Frühjahr 2024 mit Bautätigkeiten, Lärmemissionen und Einschränkungen im Bereich des Strandes und Kurparks zu rechnen.
Die Ferienobjekte selbst sind nicht betroffen.
