Spacious House in Es Carritxo with Portable Barbecue and Panoramic Views

Binifarda Dor is set in a privileged area, on a hill in the middle of nature; a peaceful area surrounded by pine trees. This area called Binifarda is about 4 km. away from Felanitx, where you can find shops, restaurants, cafeterias and visit the bustling market which takes place every Sunday. The tourist Cala D'Or with several sandy coves, it’s seemingly never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour is approx. 16km. away. The golf Golf course “Vall D’Or Golf” is about 15 minutes drive. Also the charming fishing port Porto Colom, with several sandy beaches and nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The houseBinifarda Dor is a fantastic country house with a beautiful country design. This spacious house full of natural light counts with a main building where is located the kitchen/living/dining room and two bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are located outside in a separated area close to the pool.From the exterior a few steps take us to the main building. On the ground floor there is a open spacious area that holds the kitchen, dining and living area. This open area is wonderfully furnished in a rustic style. It counts with a well equipped island kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable living area. There is also a beaufitul designed four-sided fireplace between the living and the dining area. By the kitchen is the laundry room. On this floor there is also a single bedroom that has access to the outside and a separate shower room. From this floor, through a narrow wooden stairs, there is access to a double bedroom located on an upper floor. It has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a big corner bath. This bedroom can also be accessed from the exterior. The other three bedrooms are separated from the house and have external access. They are in a lower level close to the pool. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. All the ground floor of the main building offers underground heating. The bedroom located on the first floor of the main house and also the external bedrooms count air conditioning cold/warm (with a fixed and limited timetable).

The exterior is the perfect place to enjoy a depth sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is completely surrounded by pine trees. The only thing you can hear are the birds singing and the breeze among the pine trees. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs to enjoy “al fresco” meals. There is a portable barbecue. From the covered terrace, a few steps take us down to the pool area, with a big pool (12m. x 6 m. Depth 1m. – 1.50m. – 2.60m) with Roman steps. The large sun terrace with comfortable reclining sun beds around the pool is the perfect to relax and enjoy the long summery days. From here you have great panoramic views.

    “Das wunderschöne und saubere Haus, die gemütliche Ausstattung, die tolle Aussicht, der schöne große Pool, die riesige Terrasse, der naturbelassene Garten, die schönen Sonnenuntergänge und die ruhige und traumhafte Lagen, machten es uns schwer wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Ein absolutes Traumhaus! Trotz der Lage abseits der großen Touristenpfade findet man in der Nähe alles was man braucht.”

    “Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber und wurden zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Die Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung und es war alles da was man braucht. Dank der ruhigen Lage, konnten unsere Kinder am und im Pool ausgelassen spielen, ohne das sich jemand gestört fühlte. Da das Haus am Hang gelegen ist, hat man auch einen tollen Fernblick. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.”
