The house is on the north coast of Corfu in the Acharavi tourist area in quiet surroudings outside of the locality. Owing to the elevated location you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Almiros plain.

There are a total of three buildings on the site about 50 metres apart. The surrounding shared garden is well-tended and is nestled into lush vegetation, orange and lemon trees, providing deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a children’s playground with a swing. There are also parking spaces on site.

The sea has crystal clear water and the beach stretches ten kilometres. The locality offers a wide range of shops, souvenir shops, restaurants and discos, as well as banks, doctors and car rental services. The nearest bar is just 100 metres away and the nearest supermarket is 50 metres away. A bus runs into the town of Corfu five times a day, as well as to the seaside resorts of Sidari and Kasiopi.
