This magnificent villa with private pool awaits you on a large and enclosed plot on the outskirts of Orange. The lovingly maintained and very comfortable accommodation has two bathrooms, and through its French doors you have access to the covered terrace and pool area. Its location is very good. Five minutes away by car you can stroll through Orange and get to know its 2000 year old history. Its amphitheater and triumphal arch have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In addition: a magnificent golf course, car-free streets, small squares, a large marketplace, cafes under shady plane trees, and restaurants serving delicious Mediterranean dishes. Also worth a visit are the cities of Avignon (29 km), Nîmes (55 km), Arles (65 km) and a little further away Aix-en-Provence (105 km). In addition, the surrounding area attracts with many charming wine villages, such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape (10 km) or Gigondas (20 km). Sporty vacationers get their money's worth in summer and winter on the 1,912 m high Mont Ventoux.

    “Tolle Lage am Ortsrand von Orange umgeben von Weinbergen.
    Schönes, großes, gepflegtes Grundstück mit tollem Pool.
    Sauberkeit im Haus lässt zu wünschen übrig.
    Bei einem Bad und den beiden Toiletten besteht Renovierungsbedarf (Wasserspülungen der Toiletten funktionieren teilweise nicht).
    Vermieter sprechen nur französisch.
    Reklamationen (bei uns: nicht funktionierende Dusche am Pool) werden erst nach Tagen bearbeitet.
    Vermieter wohnen wohl nicht am Objekt und geben an, aufgrund von 1 Stunde Entfernung zum Haus und Berufstätigkeit nicht verfügbar zu sein.
    Infomappe im Haus ist sehr unvollständig (keine Erklärung von Geräten und Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs für das Objekt).
