4 star holiday home in UDDEVALLA

This lovely holiday home is a well kept guest house set close to the sea in Ammenäs, southwest of Uddevalla. It is set in a quiet residential area close to pretty woodlands. You will have your own secluded, private part of the owner's garden. The two-storey holiday home is tastefully decorated and features an open plan kitchen and living room with a modern sofa bed, on the upper floor. There is one bedroom on the upper floor. Altogether the cottage sleeps four people. On the bottom floor you will find a fully tiled bathroom and a sauna. The cottage has free wireless internet. It is only 250 metres from the water. If you wish to rent a boat and a boat motor you might be able to rent it from the landlord, depending on when you want it. The landlord speaks German, Danish and Swedish. It is now possible to charge an electric car at the cottage. Payment and more info can be found on site. Please note: No smoking please! The area around Uddevalla is deligtful! Visit the charming village of Fiskebäckskil, with it's fisherman's cottages and a delightful little restaurant. Or why not visit Uddevalla and Bohusläns museum with it's exhibitions about life in Bohuslän in the olden days? Welcome to this lovely holiday home!

    “Nettes kleines Häuschen, sehr ruhig gelegen, man braucht unbedingt Auto.
    Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber gemütlich und originell eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert perfekt. Kleiner Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine.
    Größe passend für 1 - 2 Personen.
    Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan, sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Immer sind sie mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Sie sprechen außerdem sehr gut deutsch.”

    “Wir haben uns in dem gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, gemütlichen Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht weit vom Meer in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen.
    Die netten Vermieter standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur zur Seite.

    “Typisches schwedische Einrichtung. Falunrotes Haus mit gemütlicher Einrichtung. Terrasse Südseite, tolle lange Sonnenstunden zu genießen. Küchenuntensilien soweit in Ordnung. Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster stehen zur Verfügung. Das Schlafzimmer recht klein, Aufgrund der Schräge etwas beengend. Kann aber gut Fußteil als Kopfteil nutzen. Gute Matratzen, guter Schlaf. Badezimmer befindet sich im Untergeschoss, aber dadurch angenehme kühle. Das Haus hat auch eine Sauna, die wir aber aufgrund tollem Sommer nicht genutzt haben. Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse in einem Ferienwohngebiet. Das Haus befand sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Preis entspricht dem Objekt.”
