    “Huis ok (ligging, prijs/kwaliteit, gezellig en praktische indeling, een handige-harry als verhuurder) met wel opmerkingen qua properheid. Bij aankomst was een indringende urinegeur waarneembaar (was het huis wel voldoende gereinigd?) + ook de aanwezigheid van kakkerlakken (wijst op een gebrek aan hygiëne). Keukenfaciliteiten lieten wel te wensen over. Airco heeft weinig effect.”
