    “Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Alle Geräte (schnelles WLAN, Kabelfernsehen, Stereoanlage, Küchengeräte) funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Bad ist relativ neu und in entsprechend sehr gutem Zustand. Vom Balkon und allen Fenstern herrlicher Blick auf die Berge und die Stadt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die zentrale Lage an einer Straße mit tagsüber dichtem Verkehr sorgt für entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Dafür sind die Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert. Direkt beim Haus ist ein Supermarkt, Hallenbad und Freibad sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 15, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Straßenbahn und Busse fahren in direkter Nähe des Hauses ab, der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Leichte und anspruchsvolle Bergtouren (Patscherkofel, Nordketten) können direkt von der Wohnung aus losgehen, es sind keine bzw. nur kurze Anfahrten notwendig.”
