Comfortable holiday home with extensive grounds and with a private pool and sun terrace

The holiday home was restored in 2008 and now combines tradition and comfort. Special attention was paid to the house’s energy efficiency and sustainability. It has 180 m² of living space and is situated in Santa Margarita on a plot of land that is 15,000 m² in total, and which is completely fenced and can be illuminated at night.

The house is spacious, comfortably furnished, and has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed as well as a dining table for meals together. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a juicer as well as a bathroom with shower are also located on this floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Each has air conditioning appliance, which can also be used as a heater.

From the ground floor you have access to a large terrace that goes once around the house. You therefore have the possibility of enjoying the sun at any time of day. The on-site pool is situated on a large sun terrace, from where you have a beautiful panoramic view and can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. In the garden, you will find a variety of native trees such as almond, fig, carob, olive, orange or lemon trees. A fence made of stone and metal separates the parking area and the garden from a beautiful pond with fish and turtles. In consultation with the owner, you can ride the horse which is accommodated nearby.

You can reach the centre of Santa Margarita, which is known for its summer festivals, within 2 kilometres. There you will find typical shops and tapas bars. The beach of Can Picafort and the bay of Alcudia are about 10 km away. Also, do not miss one of the most unspoiled beaches of Majorca, the beach of Son Serra de Marina, which is located only 11 km away from the holiday home. Santa Margarita is an ideal starting point to visit villages in the surrounding area, such as e.g. Pollença.

    “Im Haus war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es standen überall frische duftende Blumen! Alles war sehr landestypisch! Mit den Tieren rundherum hat man sich gefühlt wie auf einer kleinen Farm-gemütlich und spannend für die Kinder. Das Grundstück ist völlig uneinsehbar und liegt schön ruhig. Der Pool war groß - einfach sensationell!
    Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Falls irgendwas nicht funktionierte, waren die sympathischen Vermieter gleich verfügbar und haben geholfen! Toll!
    Die Schlafzimmer oben sind im eigentlichem Sinne keine getrennten Schlafzimmer, sondern durch eine Zwischenwand voneinander abgetrennt. Für unsere Kinder war das Ideal! Jeder hatte seinen Platz für sich - war aber nicht alleine.
    Vom Vermieter gab es sogar frische Eier und Gemüse aus dem Garten und einen leckeren selbstgemachten Hierbas. Perfekt!”

    “Alles ist hier so wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, großer Pool. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.”
