    “Es war wirklich super, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten und die Fotos versprachen;

    leider ist auf der Strasse nach Cabris oder Grasse so schneller Verkehr, dass man nicht gut Rad fahren kann.”

    “Das Haus hält, was der Veranstalter verspricht. Wunderbare Hanglage mit weitem Blick auf Grasse und bis zum Meer. Wer gemütlichen Landhausstil mag, ist hier genau richtig.Wobei die gesamte Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr hochwertig, gediegen und so persönlich ist, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlen kann. Dabei trotzdem alles sehr modern, Küche topp ausgestattet - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt mehrere Getränkekühlschränke, gefüllt mit Wein Sekt, etc.
    Man braucht praktisch nichts mitzubringen, bis vielleicht auf Kaffeebohnen für den Kaffeeautomaten.
    Bäder und Schlafzimmer ebenfalls sehr gut, individuell gestaltet und Comfortabel.
    Leider waren nicht alle vorhandenen Schränke benutzbar, da teilweise abgeschlossen.
    Die Heizungen (Fußbodenheizung plus Heizkörper) sind individuell regelbar, bedürfen aber unbedingt der rechtzeitigen Einweisung durch die Verwalterin.
    Gesamte Anwesen ist traumhaft und der Garten liebevoll und professionell gepflegt. Poolbereich und Sommerküche ebenfalls phantastisch (braucht man eigentlich nirgends mehr woanders hin), allerdings nur über steile Steintreppen erreichbar, der Hanglage geschuldet. Für Gehbehinderte eher weniger geeignet.
    Auch die Zufahrt von der Strasse ins Grundstück zum Parkplatz des Objektes ist anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, da ebenfalls sehr steil. Das Haus sollte bei Ankunft unbedingt bei Tageslicht angefahren werden. Tipp: Da die Einfahrt etwas schwer zu finden ist, telefonisch vor Ankunft mit der Verwalterin irgendein Kennzeichen vereinbaren!
    Fazit: Rundum zufrieden.”

    “We really enjoyed our stay, two families with kids. The house is truly fantastic! Even better than in the pictures. The view from the terrace is stunning and the pool area is beautiful. To reach the pool you need to climb some stairs, but that was just good exercise. The garden is fabulous, like a parc! Including a fish pond and lots of lizards and butterflies which the kids loved. The house is also well equipped with everything you need, including badminton rackets and other fun stuff for the kids. The only minus was that the pool needed maintenance from day 5 (of 7), which we did not get despite asking for it, and we could not use the pool all the last 40 hours of the stay. The location is great, close to both nice beaches close to e.g. Antibes (around 30 min by car) and picturesque mountain villages such as Saint-Paul de Vence and Gourdon. We would love to come back here some time.”

    “We spent a lovely holiday here in this very beautiful house located on the hill side of Grasse, with view on Grasse and Cannes. The interior of the house is high standard, high quality, decorated very tastefully by the owners. It is maintained by a friendly concierge who will even do the shopping for you if you want. We brought a large dobermann who enjoyed the big garden as well, a garden with an abondance of olive trees, palm trees and many other beautiful plants and flowers. The swimming pool with the pool house and outer kitchen is just everything you can wish for! We will be back! :-)”
