The house is solar powered and is situated on a 28,000 m2 plot with a living surface of 240 m2 on two levels . The kitchen has a gas hob , dishwasher and the necessary small appliances. The dining room is located downstairs and has a dining table for 6. Also one of the bathrooms is on the ground floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with SAT-TV and wifi internet. The living room opens onto a large balcony with stunning views on the mountains. Outside the pool is 8.5 x 4m with a depth 100 - 200 cm , sunbeds, BBQ and as well beautiful with view of the mountains .
