This nice renovated house in rustic style, is situated in the most famous and picturesque fishing port of Majorca, Cala Figuera, about 2 minutes walk from the cliffs with the possibility for swimming. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), 1 bedroom with double bed (135 x 190) and 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190), 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with sea view and a small covered terrace with summer kitchen. There is air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in one of the living rooms. The electricity for the air-conditioning is separately charged according to consumption.Pets are allowed.Parties and events are not allowed.It is expressly forbidden to charge electric vehicles using the in-house sockets!
