Big holiday house with terraces and its own access to the beach, right by the Grenettes dunes
This big holiday house, which has been classified as four-star by the tourism board, is in a unique location, in a protected area, right by the Grenettes dunes, and it has its own access to the beach 30 metres away.
The 130m² house for ten people has electric radiators in every room, but no air conditioning. It has four bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200cm) and a bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds 90 x 200cm). There are also two cots available. The 60m² living room consists of a comfortable sitting area with sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace, a dining space and an adjoining kitchen, which is very well-equipped. It includes a 16-piece raclette set, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hot stone grill and a waffle maker. In the room behind the kitchen there are a washing machine, a dryer and cleaning products. The two glass doors in the living room open directly onto the patio, the terrace and the garden. There will be no arguments about the bathroom, neither in the morning nor after coming back from the beach, as there are three bathrooms, all with showers with massage jets, a toilet and a hairdryer.
The south-facing, 70m² patio with a terrace and garden furniture is accessible from the living room and from two of the bedrooms. On the east side there is another big terrace with a grill. The electronically controlled awning can be extended up to six metres and provides shelter from the sun. There are five parking spaces on site, which is surrounded by a wall and is also secured by an electronic gate.
The beach is right on the doorstep and can be accessed directly from the holiday house along a path- It is 500 metres to the nearest supermarket. The surroundings provide a range of leisure activities, such as water sports including kite surfing, diving, windsurfing or swimming. There is also plenty for those interested in culture, such as museums, galleries and theatres. There are also discos, bars and restaurants.
