When the residence was renovated, its original structure and materials were preserved. The apartment has three bedrooms, overlooking the garden or with a panoramic view, a kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining room, and two bathrooms with a shower. The apartment is on the first floor, the piano nobile of the villa. It has a large living room with a separate dining area. Two of the bedrooms have two double beds (160 x 190cm) and the other has two single beds (each 90 x 190cm). The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, table cloths and kitchen towels. The two bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas, a reading corner and a table. The accommodation is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, and free wireless Internet access.
The apartment also has its own outdoor area for dining or simply relaxing. The allocated area has a barbecue and a dining table for six people.
The entrance to this apartment is at the front of the villa, with lovely stairs leading to a furnished terrace. On the front side there is also a comfortable seating group, where you can spend the lovely summer evenings.
In just 20 km from the villa there are many places and small villages to discover. "Svizzera Pesciatina" with its hills of olive and chestnut trees are the setting for 10 small medieval villages, "Le ten Castella". The town of Lucca, to be visited over and over again, is only 15km away. In addition: Montecatini Terme with its spas, in particular Il Tettuccio Unesco Heritage; the caves and natural waters of Monsummano Terme (10km); the beaches of Versilia and the Migliarino nature reserve (35km); Florence (38km); the Fucecchio marshes for excursions with the classic flat-bottomed boats or to try their hand at birdwatching. The Valdinievole area, of which Pescia is part, will amaze you with the many "jewels" it contains and also represents an excellent base for visiting the north and south of the region.
