Charming 19th century Villa, originally named Villa Pariani, located in the characteristic territory of the Morainic Hills, in the Municipality of Monzambano on the Strada dei Colli, which connects with Lake Garda. The property was completely renovated in 2002 and is in perfect condition to be inhabited. The property consists of the main villa of about 300 square meters, from the annex adjacent to the residence, which houses the couple of people who take care of the park management and reception and a magnificent wooded park of about 5000 square meters.
The outdoor area is equipped with a small pool above ground (4x3 meters), outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining on a private patio and a pleasant barbecue area. External parking spaces.
The Villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a very large kitchen equipped with appliances and crockery, the living area with fireplace and attached bathroom and the billiard room.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of:
• 1 master bedroom with private bathroom with tub and shower and 1 sofa (total 2 beds)
• 1 double bedroom with fireplace and terrace (total 2 beds)
• 1 triple room with double bed and 1 single bed (total 3 beds)
• 1 double room with 2 single beds (total 2 beds)
The rooms have access to a large terrace overlooking the park. There is a second bathroom with a shower to service the rooms. Total 9 persons.
