This comfortable holiday home with a private pool and a private property in a high end, quiet neighbourhood near the town centre and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters.
The 170m² holiday home has two storeys: an inhabitable basement, a ground floor with communal rooms and the upstairs with several bedrooms. Downstairs, you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two, a cabinet and a table with four chairs, a bedroom with two single beds measuring 80x180cm, a guest toilet and a laundry room. The ground floor offers a bathroom with a shower and a living/dining room with a fully loaded kitchen and access to the front patio. Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms: there are furnished with a 150 cm double bed and the other two are furnished with a bunkbed (2 x 1.00 m mattresses). There is also a spacious bathroom with a double sink, a toilet, a bidet and a shower tub. At the heart of the house is the comfortable living room with two comfortable couches. A satellite television and a stereo sound system are available for your entertainment. Enjoy a fire in front of the fireplace. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday. It boasts a ceran stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer combo, a coffee maker, a toaster, a double sink and a dishwasher. The ground floor and upstairs bathroom both have a window.
The backyard is almost entirely protected from views to ensure your privacy. The patios and the pool area are furnished with outdoor furniture, chairs, a sun shade and sun loungers. Additionally, there is a furnished barbecue area.
