Studio apartment in a modern North Sea house with wellness treatments

The house is in a polder just 500 metres from the embankment and the North Sea, surrounded by meadows and fields in Dagebüll by the North Sea. The house provides modern and charmingly furnished apartments and you can also benefit a range of wellness and health treatments.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a combined living room and bedroom with a kitchen unit, as well as a shower room. The living room provides a comfortable suite with a table and two comfortable armchairs, a double cupboard bed (with two individual mattresses 90 x 190cm)), cupboards and digital satellite TV. The shower room is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin and under-floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with four rings, a fridge, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pans. A telephone and wireless hotspot are available. There is also a washroom with a washing machine and dryer. A child’s bed and highchair are available free of charge, as well as a car parking space.

A cosy garden with sunny terraces, garden furniture, canopy beach chairs and a grill area invites you to relax and spend time outdoors.

The owners are there for you and your health. In-house alternative health, physiotherapy treatments and massages are available, including modern treatments with organetics, matrix rhythm therapy, acupuncture etc., as well as nutritional and metabolic advice. The house is run by a natural health practitioner and certified masseuse. The house is harmonised energetically for the benefit of guests and patients.

You can go on boat trips from Dagebüll harbour to Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen. You can take the train to the island of Sylt, relax on the beach or go on walks across the tidal flats from Dagebüll to the Halligen. You can watch many types of birds by the North Sea and on the mainland. Discover the North Sea coastal cycle path or Nordic walking trails. Inline skating, canoe rides, surfing, fishing, golf, paragliding – a wide range of activities is available. The neighbouring country Denmark is 20km away.

    “Die Wohnung ist klein und schnuckelig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, alles ist sauber ordentlich und sehr gut durchdacht. Auch wenn das Wäschepaket für zwei Wochen etwas knapp ausgefallen ist, konnten wir uns mit der vorhandenen Waschmaschine aushelfen. Bad, Dusche alles wirklich tip top. Der direkte Zugang zur Terrasse ist wirklich toll und die Strandkörbe im Hof sind auch bei typischem Nordseewetter eine tolle Möglichkeit draussen zu sein.”

Frau Boysen ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und Frau Jehnel kann jederzeit zu allen Belangen ohne Probleme erreicht werden. Die Lage in Dagebüll-Kirche ist wunderbar ruhig und wir konnten die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genießen, genau dass was wir gesucht hatten.”

    “Positiv: Aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Negativ: Leider hatten wir sehr mit Fliegen zu kämpfen, was den Schlaf empfindlich störte. Fliegenfenster wären sicherlich hilfreich gewesen. Freizeit: Sehr geeignet, auf dem Fahrrad die Gegend zu erkunden. Wenig Autoverkehr. Mit der Fähre nach Wyk auf Föhr in 50 Minuten. Ebenfalls kann man die umliegenden Halligen per Schiff gut erreichen.”
