Comfortable apartment with a large balcony, in a top location
The apartment enjoys a very good location, with the Baltic Sea beach just 150 metres away.
It is the most beautiful and exclusive apartment property in the locality. There is video surveillance and security. In the entrance area you can open the door with a key or a PIN. The living and dining room provides a sofa suite that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two people (180 x 200cm), as well as a flatscreen LEDTV with German and international channels (satellite receiver), a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii games console (with many games). The modern kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. The generous bedroom has a double bed with a thick deluxe mattress (160 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe. There is also an exclusive bathroom with a large shower. The central heating provides pleasant warmth on cold days. A highchair is available.
There is a big balcony (10m²) outside with seating. In front of the house there is a beautiful, large and enclosed children’s playground with a swing, climbing frame and sandpit. You can use a parking space in the secure underground garage free of charge.
Beach towels and beach toys (badminton, beach tennis and frisbee) are available. To make your time on the beach even more comfortable, a large beach shelter (see photo), an inflatable mattress and an inflatable whale are available. For the safety of your child/children, there are also arm bands (for children up to 24 months). A pump is also available. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. There are ashtrays on the balcony.
Restaurants and shops, fruit, grocery and souvenir shops can be found 50 metres away. The local dishes (especially fish) at the restaurants are delicious and well-priced, and some of the restaurants enjoy fabulous settings (see photos). It is 2km to a well-priced supermarket that is fully stocked. Dziwnów is 5km and Misdroj 20km away.
