Basic 3 bedroom house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet area only 9km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

This villa is a simple property sleeping 6 people with 800m of land around the 80 m2 house.

It has a small but cosy living room with tv and exit to a terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwaser.

It has one bedroom with one double bed (135x180cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds in each (80x180cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bath.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool (8,5x4,5m), a built in barbecue and a pleasant shady terrace where nice meals can be enjoyed next to the pool.

This house has a separate apartment where the housekeeper lives but still keeping this house and the swimming pool completely privacy from the housekeeper.

Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Groups of young people accepted only upon prior request.

Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p. m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.

You are very close from Lloret de Mar beach, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava!

    “Huis valt heel erg tegen. Alles is oud en vies. De vorige huurders hadden de vaat gewoon vies in de kast gezet en was echt walgelijk. De vaat wasser stonk en zat vol etensresten. Na alles afgewassen te hebben bleek de vaatwasser niet schoon te wassen dus was 2weken met de hand afwassen. Overal liepen mieren in de bedden badkamer keuken. Na wat bestrijdingsmiddelen gekocht te hebben was het 2 dagen weg en daarna waren ze er weer. Het huis was erg gehorig. De buitenkeuken viel nog net niet uit elkaar en zat ook vol mieren. Bij de eerste regen buien begon het dak te lekken dus kon je niet buiten zitten. De plastic stoelen zitten ook niet echt comfortabel. Het zwembad is wel ideaal en heerlijk om te liggen de eigenaar is behulpzaam en komt het schoonmaken als je dat vraagt. We hebben 2weken honden horen blaffen dag en nacht. Onder het huis lopen een paar honden die de hele nacht blaffen en janken als een wolf. Het is ook heel vervelend dat je de sleutel 15km verderop moet ophalen en terug brengen. Wel waren ze zo aardig dat we er eerder in konden.”

    “Villa Araceli is not an old house, it's a simple house. If the clients were not satisfied with the cleaning, they could have called us in the 24hours following their arrival and we could have sent the cleaning lady to clean again. If the dishwasher was not working properly they should have also told us. The house is situated in a residential area at the end of a very narrow dead end and no one ever complained about the noise. The house is not in the city and since there are gardens and green areas sometimes the ants get in the house. Other than buying some insecticide there is nothing we can do about this. The same happens with the dogs in the area, the agency cannot be hold responsible. For the keys, the client has to pick them up at the office and return them in the same place. We offer the possibility to pick them up and leave them in a mailbox if the office is closed.”
