This beautiful cottage, built in typical Ardenser style, is located in the village of Sclassin, near Wellin (12 km), Beauraing (20 km) and Boullion (40 km). The building accommodates 3 apartments and a duplex. In this well-maintained and well-equipped holiday home, each apartment has its own terrace. There is also a shared garden with a trampoline. A forest is located in the area. Other places of interest in the area are - a riding school (6 km), the stalactite caves in Han-sur-Lesse (18 km), mini Golf (Gedinne) and an indoor swimming pool in Givet (25 km). When renting to companies, it is obligatory to rent the linen.
