Holiday apartments with a garden and their own balcony, in a central and very quiet location near the beach


This house with its two holiday apartments for five and seven people respectively is in the centre of the small, but modern holiday resort of Pjescana Uvala. It is very quiet and has two main beaches with sand and pebbles.

Each apartment has its own parking space. In the garden behind the house there is a grill area with a brick-built barbecue for the use of all guests, as well as a seating area with a table and benches. Each apartment also has its own balcony.

Pets are allowed on request. However, because of the cats in the garden they can be only be kept in the apartment or on the balcony. The apartments have free Internet access.
Pjescana Uvala is famous for its yacht harbour and its excellent restaurants. Just 40 metres from the house you can find the first restaurant, and it is just 250 metres to the marina. In the minimarket 150 metres away you can buy everyday essentials. Owing to the central location, the sea and the beach are also nearby, just 100 metres away along a path. You can play beach volleyball on the beach. There is play equipment for children and of course you can hire canoes, boats or bicycles. A beautiful cycle path runs through the forest by the sea. It is 2.5km to the famous Roman amphitheatre. The bus stop is just 40 metres from the house.

Holiday Apartment in Pješčana Uvala with Private Parking and Wonderful View

The 98m² apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate five people. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200c) and a sea view. The second bedroom provides tow single beds (90 x 100cm). The bathroom has a bath. The apartment also has a dining room with space for six people and a living room, with a futon bed (90 x 200cm) for one person. The large, modern kitchen, which is connected to the living and dining room, has a stove (three gas and one electric ring), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. The air conditioning unit is in the living room. .

You can enjoy a wonderful view from the large, furnished balcony. Note that this apartment is occupied every year by the owners from 15 September to 15 June.

    “Alles super, gerne wieder! Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen.
    Das beste, es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand.
    Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Alles wichtige wie Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und sogar Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
    Die beiden Bäder wurden komplett neu renoviert und sehen top aus.
    Draußen ist viel Platz zum sitzen da und wir konnten den Grill nutzen.
    Alles in allem wirklich super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
    Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im Austausch, konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden, sehr sehr nett. Negativ: Eigentlich eine Kleinigkeit, die Klimaanlage befindet sich in der Küche und die kühle Luft reicht nicht bis in die zwei hinteren Zimmer. Aber es war ok und hat uns nicht großartig gestört.”

Das Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und durch die Lage Erdgeschoss auch nicht zu heiß im Sommer. Eine kleine Klimaanlage gibt es allerdings auch nur in der Küche. Die Möbel und andere Teile des Inventars müssten mal erneuert werden. Manche Dinge sind brüchig und unschön oder schon etwas zu alt. Es fehlt z.B. auch ein Wasserkocher.”
