L’appartamento è situato nel cuore di Venezia: solo 5 minuti dal Ponte di Rialto e dal suo omonimo Mercato del Pesce (ma c’è anche il mercato della frutta e della verdura, oltre ad alcune macellerie); inoltre dista circa 50 metri dal Canal Grande e da Ca' Pesaro, Museo d’Arte Moderna (opere di Klimt, per es.) e d’Arte Orientale; è vicino alla Fondazione Prada (sede di esposizioni temporanee, come La Biennale) e al Museo Mocenigo, sede del Museo dei Costumi e dei Tessuti Antichi ed anche “Centro Studi”.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

La vicina fermata del vaporetto della linea 1, chiamata San Stae, dista solo 3 minuti da esso ed è utilizzata anche dal servizio di collegamento rapido da/per l’Aeroporto Marco Polo (linea Alilaguna Arancio). La linea 1 del vaporetto parte da Piazzale Roma, la fermata successiva di questa linea passa dalla Ferrovia e dopo circa 10 minuti arriva a San Stae, dove bisogna scendere.

    “Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung ungewöhnlich hoch. Es ist alles da was man sich wünscht, fasst schon wie zu Hause. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und hat für ihre Gäste eine Infomappe mit allen erforderlichen Informationen zu Venedig und einer Menge Tipps zu Einkäufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants zusammengestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 4 Minuten Fußweg vom Anleger am Canale Grande, bis San Marco sind es ca. 15 Minuten durch die schönen Gassen Venedigs. Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.”

    “Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig. Das Boot vom Flughafen hält in einer fußläufigen Entfernung von etwa 5 Minuten. Ebenso weit weg ist der Markt mit einem sagenhaften Angebot an frischem Fisch.
    Den können Sie dann in der Wohnung zubereiten. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist sehr sauber. Lediglich der Fernseher hat noch Erweiterungsbedarf, es gibt nur italienische Programme. Die Waschmaschine hat einen Trockner und die Lage in der engen Gasse direkt an einem Nebenkanal des Canale Grande ist sehr pittoresk. Es lohnt sich bei der Vermieterin zu buchen.”
