Holiday apartments near the beach with a terrace or balcony, facing the beautiful old town
The house is in Banjol and faces the beautiful old town, about 250 metres from the centre. The house offers a total of three holiday apartments for four, five and eight people. Each apartment has its own entrance and is equipped with air conditioning.
Each holiday apartment has its own terrace or balcony, furnished with a table and garden chairs. An awning provides pleasant shade on hot summer days. Behind the house there is play equipment for children, such as a trampoline and a table tennis table. In front of the house there is a sunbathing lawn with a view of the yacht harbour. As there is only limited parking space available in town, it is a great advantage that private, free parking spaces are provided very close to the town.
Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are provided. The Internet speed is 16,000. Changes of bedlinen are possible.
About 100 metres away you can find a restaurant and shops. The beach is 150 metres away.

This apartment is on the upper floor of the house. It is fully tiled and provides 54m² of living space for up to four people. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a cupboard. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The living room is furnished with a cupboard and a double sofa bed (160 x 200cm). The kitchen has a dining area for four people and Is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, pans and kitchen towels are of course provided. The bedroom and the living room are fully air conditioned. There are two air conditioning units. The kitchen and the dining area can also be cooled or heated.
You can enjoy a wonderful view of the yacht harbour and the old town from the balcony.
