Holiday house near the coast with two terraces
The detached house is in a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac in Boavista.
The rooms are all on the same floor. There is no heating, so the house is only let out from March to October. Firewood for the fireplace must be purchased by yourself, if required. The house has a typical and personally Portuguese décor. The bedrooms are next to each other. One bedroom has a French bed (140 x 195cm) and a cot, the second bedroom has two single beds (108 x 195cm) and the third bedroom also has a French bed (170 x 207cm). One bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin, while the main bathroom has a bath, WC and washbasin. The living room provides a fireplace, a sofa, a TV (Portuguese channels) and a dining table. The kitchen has a gas stove with an oven, a kettle, a sink, a coffee machine and a fridge, as well as a washing machine.
Hand towels are changed and the house is cleaned twice a week. Bed linen is changed weekly. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Excess occupancy is not allowed.
The terrace has a table and chairs, parasols, sun loungers and a grill area. There are free public parking spaces right by the house. In front of the house there is another narrow terrace with two chairs, a small table and smoking area. As the site is fenced, it is also suitable for families with children.
It is just a short car trip to Lagoa and Carvoeiro with restaurants, shops, beaches and much more.
