This holiday home situated in a tranquil residential area is on the second floor of a small apartment complex (with no lifts) and is located near the sea shore. The apartment has a small living room, kitchen, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, one guest toilet and 2 terraces. Rimini Beach is famous for its fine sand, due to which this region is popular among families with children. The region is also ideal for several sports activities, such as, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach football, beach basketball, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and Nordic Walking. Several theme parks, aquariums and entertainment parks with lot of fun for people of all ages are located just a few kilometres from here. At guests' disposal, free of charge: small garage, four bicycles (one for women, two for men and one mountain bikes), two child seats for bicycles. On request, free of charge: high chair, cot and stroller.

    “Super Apartment, wirklich groß, mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Einfach, aber nett eingerichtet, mit der besten Apartment Küche, die wir je hatten. 4 Gas Kochstellen und viel Arbeitsfläche mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Der Balkon hat geschätzte 20m² Fläche und war abends unser Wohnzimmer. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und nett. Parkplätze sind rar aber wir haben immer gleich einen gefunden. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Rimini fahren, würden wir das Apartment sicher wieder nehmen.”

    “Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Großer Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. 4 Fahrräder mit Kindersitz standen uns auch zur Verfügung. Ein Minuspunkt: Kein Parkplatz.”
