Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift.

    “Die Fewo war ausreichend ausgestattet und in der dritten Etage (Eckwohnung) mit einer genialen Aussicht ausgestattet. Das Schrankbett war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es ist halt nicht das eigene Bett. Die Küche ist komfortabel und ausreichend ausgestattet, nur für 3 Personen am Tisch nicht geeignet, da nicht genug Platz.
    Ltd. Austattungshinweis im Prospekt gehört eine Waschmaschine zur Austattung, die aber nicht vorhanden ist. Diese Maschine befindet sich nach Nachfrage bei Interhome (Vermieter/Vermittler) in Haus 4 im Keller. Das WLAN ist praktisch nicht oder nur sehr schwach vorhanden, da sich die Sender im Hof oben an Haus 1 und 4 am Giebel montiert sind. (bester Empfang vor dem Haus auf der Bank)
    Ein Sonnenschutz ist "fast" nicht vorhanden. 2 Sonnenschirme liegen in der Wohnung, aber nur ein Schirmständer auf dem Balkon. Wir haben den Schirm mit einer Schnur am Geländer angebunden, damit er beim Wind nicht umklappt oder gar umfällt. Markise ist wg. dem Wind, der hier immer vorherrscht leider nicht möglich.
    Nervig war der Abzug im Bad. Licht an, Abzug läuft, auch wenn man nur auf die Toilette muss oder sich die Hände wäscht. Sollte eventuell eine Verzögerung eingebaut werden.”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Wir hatten eine gute Aussicht auf Strand und Wasser und konnten bei klarem Wetter sogar die Inseln erkennen. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und hatte alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns die Empore, auf die man sich z.B. zum Lesen zurückziehen kann. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Sehr schöne und saubere im 3. Stock gelegene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage direkt am Deich lädt zum abendlich Spaziergang oder zum Balkon Aufenthalt ein (Sonnenuntergang). Leider kein Fahrstuhl, daher nur eine 4 bei der Bewertung. Preis OK.”
