Beautiful Villa, in a dominant position on a green hill facing west on the pretty Gabicce Mare, with a little partial view over the Adriatic coast and the sea. Turning to the south, you can admire the hills of the Gabicce Mare hinterland and the Gradara Castle. The villa is on three floors; on the ground floor a large room used as a living room, with a beautiful fireplace and sofa bed. Through the internal staircase or from the main entrance of the house, you reach the first floor with a large living room connected to a large covered terrace, kitchen, dining room which leads to a large covered terrace, small pantry, double bedroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with small terraces and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden - all fenced plot where you can park cars. The sea is very close and in the evening you can enjoy the breeze. Gabicce Mare with its beautiful equipped and sandy beaches is ideal for families with children. The location is strategic for excursions: in fact it is located at the entrance of the San Bartolo park, famous for its spectacular panoramic road, well known by cyclists. In all cases from this beautiful villa you can leave for fascinating trips to Urbino (about 30 km) with its Palazzo Ducale, the birthplace of Raphael and the cathedral, to Pesaro (15 km) with the beautiful Castello di Fiorenzuola, the Villa Caprile and the Piazza del Popolo, to Rimini (20 km), where, in addition to the beautiful beaches and the fun, which make the Adriatic coast a very popular destination, you will find a charming historic center with beautiful squares and monuments, including the Malatesta temple.

    “Nachts ruhig, man konnte gut schlafen. Nette Vermieter und hilfsbereite Dame vom örtlichen Reisebüro. Haus sehr verwinkelt, kompliziert gebaut, mit einigen Macken: im Schlafzimmer eine kaputte Lampe, nur die Nachttischlampe funktionierte, die Sanitäranlagen waren zwar sauber, aber das Wasser floss nicht überall gut ab, ein Duschkopf war gar nicht vorhanden, wurde nach 2 Tagen gebracht.
    Die Küche war nur oberflächlich sauber, alles Geschirr schmuddelig, Mikrowelle dreckig...
