Holiday home with air conditioning and internet

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2005 is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Tkon, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot and water plot with bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property and the street in front of the house.
