This comfortable villa for 4 persons is located in the villa park Porta Isola in Stevensweert, Limburg. The special feature of this house is its location on the water and the fact that this accommodation has a beautiful winter garden, which offers a beautiful view of the water and small marina. The house is also furnished with care. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a beautiful view. At a distance of 1 km you can use a boat ramp for a fee, you can also rent a mooring there and there is also parking for the boat trailer (on request). Stevensweert is located in the largest closed lake area in the Netherlands. Here you are guaranteed a lot of fun From the Burgundian Meuse, you can make a trip to Antwerp and Brussels by boat. Possible excursions: Eindhoven, Roermond, Valkenburg, Maastricht and Thermae 2000. The hilly and rural surroundings offer many cycling and walking trails. Several golf courses in the region.
