This brilliantly white, newly renovated holiday villa is in the peaceful, picturesque little village of Megalochori in the south of the rocky, sunny island of Santorini in the Greek Aegean and invites you to relax in luxurious surroundings and in absolute privacy, enjoying plenty of sun, sea and Greek hospitality.White luxury holiday villa, newly renovated in 2013, enclosed and very modern, with a private, illuminated outdoor Jacuzzi and an extensive panoramic view from the generous roof terrace

The generously proportioned 120m² villa was originally built in the year 1900 and was completely renovated in 2013, ensuring that authentic features of the cubed form of Cycladian architecture were combined with modern amenities carefully and tastefully. In the interior of the ground-level, fully air-conditioning (cooling and heating) holiday villa, modern furniture enhances the elegant, sleek and cool style. It has a living room flooded with daylight, a very modern, white and glossy built-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The living room provides two comfortable designer sofas, wooden coffee tables, a wide LED 3D Smart flatscreen TV set into the wall, with cable and satellite channels, a USB port, a DVD and BluRay player, as well as a safe for your valuables. Next to it, the separate kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob and extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and a desk corner, while the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The beds provide eco-mattresses that adapt optimally to the body and both bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and wardrobes with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two sofas in the living room can be converted into two additional single beds (each 80 x 200cm, also with anatomical eco-mattresses) for two further people. Of the two very spacious bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and one has a walk-in shower, while both have washbasins with wide wall mirrors, hairdryers, free toiletries and toilets. A cot is available (children under 5 years of age stay free of charge) and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The rooms are cleaned daily and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

The living room opens directly onto the private, sunny terrace, with a sitting area covered by an awning and a 5.5m² heated Jacuzzi. Owing to the lighting, you can relax here late in the evening under a starry sky. Right next to it there is a big wooden table with four chairs inviting you to enjoy meals together. Wide stone stairs lead up to the generous roof terrace with a panoramic view over the striking bell towers and winding little alleys. Sun loungers and a parasol allow you to relax in complete peace and quiet and privacy.

A welcome bottle of the famous, fruity Vinsanto island wine awaits you on arrival. A breakfast service is also offered, with the choice of ingredients according to your personal wishes. The owner is happy to arrange a transfer service to and from the airport, can organise a rental motorbike or car (if required with a driver), and can even arrange a motorboat or a helicopter to explore the island. If you are interested in these options then please indicate it on your booking.

Your holiday villa is about 3.5km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The nearest shopping facilities and a good range of cafés and restaurants are only about 200 metres away. The airport is about 7.5km away.

    “Die Villa ist sehr schön genau wie auf den Bildern. Aber es gibt keine Badewanne, sondern zwei begehbare Duschen.
    Die Lage ist sehr gut, 200 m zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bäckerei.
    Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Frau, sie organisiert alles was man will. Sehr nett!”
