Two highly modern apartments near the beach, with their own terrace and a playground in the garden, with regular bus connections to nearby Split and Trogir

These two top apartments are on the ground floor of a private house that was built as recently as 2013 and has impressive, modern architecture. The owner lives on the upper floor. The proximity to the beach – just 200 metres to the nearest pebbled beach – makes the apartments ideal for a seaside holiday with the family. The nearby towns of Split and Trogir await guests interested in culture.

The highly modern apartments feature generous room layouts and quality furnishing. The free wireless Internet access is available both in the apartment and outside. Each apartment also has central air conditioning with a cooling and heating function, in the living room.

Each apartment has its own furnished terrace. There is a grill in the garden for the use of all guests and there is a play area for children with a swing, toys and a climbing rope. There are free parking spaces by the house.

The owner is happy to provide assistance and information. There is no washing machine in the apartments, but the owner can provide a laundry service for a few and there is also a self-service launderette nearby.

200 metres away there is a little supermarket and a little further away, about 700 metres away, there is a bakery. There are larger supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland) a four-kilometre drive away. There are also restaurants, bars, petrol stations and an ATM nearby. The nearby beach also has a playground. You can relax here, away from town, as well as visit places of cultural interest, such as the Diocletian Palace I Split (20km away) or the historical town of Trogir (7km), which owes its flair to the Romans. Both towns are UNESCO world cultural heritage sites. There is a bus stop with regular connections to Split to Trogir just 300 metres away.

Holiday apartment for four people

The 45m² apartment can accommodate four people. The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious living room. It has a comfortable sitting area with a TV and a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed (140 x 190cm) for two adults or two children. Right behind the sofa there is a dining space with four chairs. Opposite there is the open kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The tiled daylight bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin with cupboard underneath, washing machine and an illuminated mirror. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) with two bedside tables and reading lamps, as well as a big wardrobe.

Folded children's bed and baby feeder is available on request.

Large garden with Grill and dining table for 8 people for you to relax and enjoy. Swings and lots of toys for children to play inside of the fenced property.

Beach is 3 minutes walking distance from the property.

    “This was our second time in this beautiful apartment! The apartment is clean, everything is there what you need in the kitchen! What I was particularly pleased that there is even a washing machine! Since you can make the clothes fresh! You can park in the yard right in front of the house! We were received very nice! The owners are very friendly and helpful! It has a terrace and a huge garden, so perfect for children! You can even grill! The beach is only 3-5 minutes, this is beautiful our children snorkelled every day. So we felt very well the two weeks and we will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything and best regards to Croatia ❤️❤️❤️”

    “Es war für uns das erste mal in Kroatien und es war auf Anhieb Perfekt!! 2 wunderschönen Wochen haben wir im Appartement verbracht! Das Appartement war super sauber, alles da, was man braucht!! Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.”

    “Wir fanden das moderne Haus mit dieser gut aufgeteilten Fewo auf Anhieb ansprechend. Das Bad war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Balkon und ordentlichem Schiebetüren-Kleiderschrank hatte einen Laminatboden. Das Bett war sauber und ordentlich bezogen. Der Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage war absolut ausreichend groß und farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. In der Küche fehlte uns die Kaffeemaschine, Kochutensilien reichten für einfaches kochen. Unsere Terrasse war zum Glück überdacht und alle Fenster hatten Außenrollos.

    Strandbereich, Strandbar, Gastronomie und kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Kein großer Trubel, außer die Nähe zum Flughafen ist hörbar/sichtbar. Lidl und Kaufland sind auch mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar. Split und Trogir sind auch in der Nähe.”

    “Perfekte Ausstattung uns hat nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist ruhig ca. 3min Fußweg zum Strand und die Straße hoch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist, der Zustand ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da es ja auch ein Neubau ist, an Sauberkeit hat es auch nicht gemängelt und einen besseren Preis für so eine Wohnung kann man schon gar nicht bekommen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Vermieter, die jederzeit für einen da sind, wenn man sie brauch.”
