Enjoy a pleasant vacation in Friesland with your family and friends, in this cozy furnished vacation home in Tzummarum. All rooms are located on the first floor. The open kitchen with a mini oven and dining table is connected to the living room. After an active day in the beautiful surroundings you can relax with your family and friends by the gas stove or outside on the open terrace. The garden is surrounded with a fence at least 1 m high. Conifers are up to 2 m high. The wooden garden gate is also 100 cm high. The vacation home is located in an inviting vacation park in the province of Friesland and is therefore well suited for families with children. The vacation park offers as facilities the outdoor pool with separate children's pool, cafeteria, playground, table tennis, tennis court and volleyball court. At the reception you can rent bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. The immediate surroundings of this vacation home have much to offer. Visit the Wadden Sea, where you can take mudflat walks and enjoy a unique nature. By bike or on foot you can travel along the dike towards Harlingen, on one side the view goes to the Wadden Sea and on the other to the typical terps with authentic farms. The beautiful harbor town of Harlingen is only 14 km away. Here you will find a beach and many stores, but you can also admire the town hall, the lighthouse and the Zuiderhaven marina. From Harlingen, the ferry goes to the Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling, which are definitely worth a visit. Only 5 km from the vacation home is the town of Franeker, known from the Eleven Cities Tour. Make a visit here to the old town and the planetarium. 22 km from the vacation home is Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland. On cooler days you can visit the indoor playground Aeolus with your children. This playground is only 5 km away and offers a variety of activities. There is especially much to discover in the glass pyramid. The vacation home is located about 7 km from the indoor swimming pool Bloemketerp in Franeker.
