    “Wer einen ruhigen Platz sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein echter Ort existiert nicht, das Golf-Ressort ist künstlich angelegt und wird eher von ruhigen Menschen in ihren Wohnungen oder Häusern geprägt. Der nächste nennenswerte Supermarkt ist ca. 15min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer mobil ist kann aber in der näheren Umgebung typische Surferorte erreichen. Wer Kultur sucht kann in der näheren Umgebung (z.B. Obidos) fündig werden oder aber längere Touren z.B. nach Lissabon unternehmen.”

    “Eine Gastwirtschaft in Amoreira mit tollem Essen, leider spricht die Wirtin kein Englisch (Wörterbuch nicht vergessen).
    Es gibt zwei kleine Minimärkte, mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir nach Obidos gefahren. Obidos ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen, dass man unbedingt gesehen haben sollte. Auch sehr schön die Laguna mit tollen Wellen.”
