“Der Ort ist ein bisschen abgeschieden, was angenehm war. Im Ort selbst waren wir nicht einkaufen. Mit dem Auto sind wir öfters nach Middelfart (10 Minuten). Man ist in ca. 1 Stunde im Legoland, 45 Minuten im Hans-Christian Andersen Haus ... Wir fanden es zentral zu den Dingen die wir sehen und machen wollten.
Wir waren einmal im Resaurant Fænøsund was nicht ganz billig war aber sehr gut und exklusiv. Kinder dagegen sind sehr preiswert. Man konnte alles als kleine Portion haben oder auch Pasta.”

“Auf der Insel Fünen und in Dänemark überhaupt, kann man sich sehr sehr viel ansehen und für die Kinder wird auch sehr viel geboten. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, z. B. nach Kerteminde zum Fjord & Baelt; nach Lamby zu dem Wikingergrab, das Fünische Dorf und der Zoo in Odense; nach Billund ins Legoland; nach Randers in ein Tropischenhaus; zum Gamle By; Angeln und vieles mehr. Toll fanden wir auch, dass man teilweise für Kinder bis 12 Jahren keinen Eintritt zahlen musste. Also für Kinder ist hier sehr viel geboten. Jedoch ist Dänemark auch sehr teuer und man sollte sich hier an Lebensmitteln viel mitnehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug im Umkreis von 6 km.
Vermisst haben wir jedoch etwas die Dänische Küche. Hier kann man nicht sagen, was überhaupt so landestypisch ist, ach ja doch eines und zwar belegte Brote in allen Variationen. Mehr haben wir nicht mitbekommen.
Auf jeden Fall war Dänemark eine Reise wert und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!!”
