    “Der Ort ist nicht sehr groß und somit sind auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr beschränkt. Brötchen gibt es, die ganze Woche, auf dem nahe gelegenen Campingplatz (bis 10 Uhr). Für alle anderen Einkäufe muss man dann schon nach Bart (ca. 5km). Es gibt in dem Ort 3 Gaststätten wobei man die familiäre Atmosphäre im "Boddenstübchen" hervorheben kann. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, es wird alles frisch zubereitet, die Preise sind human und es schmeckt vorzüglich. Mit dem Rad kann man wunderschöne Ausflüge machen. Für die Kinder gibt es gleich neben dem Hafen einen kleinen Badestrand. Mit der Fähre die im Hafen anlegt ist man auch schnell auf dem Dars.”
