    “In Alme waar de vakantiewoning staat, zijn veel mogelijkheden voor korte en lange wandelmogelijkheden. Zo ook voor fietsen. Routes worden in het dorp vlak bij de Alme Quelle aangegeven. Brilon stad ligt vlak bij, waar je in 12 minuten met de auto bent. Buiten de bakker, die trouwens goed is, zijn er geen winkels in Alme. Wel een geldautomaat indien nodig. Bij de bakker kan je ook een ontbijt nuttigen. De omgeving is rustig. Wil je meer vertier dan zal je echt richting Brilon, Willingen of Winterberg moeten rijden. Maar dat is eventueel een persoonlijke keuze.”

    “Gängige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einer mittleren Stadt. Fort Fun als Erlebnispark war preislich für uns zu teuer. Es gibt aber in Willingen mehrere Angebote für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Besonders schön war unsere Wanderung zum Silbersee, cirka 5 Km auch mit Rolli und Buggy befahrbar.”
