    “Im etwa 2 Autominuten entfernten Pewsum gibt es aus Richtung der Wohnung kommend einen großen Edeka, eine Apotheke und vermutlich auch 1-2 andere Geschäfte - fährt man einmal durch Pewsum ans andere Ende, findet man LIDL, KiK, einen Combi-Markt, einen Schuhladen [...] im Industriegebiet.

    “Greetsiel ist starkt frequentiert von älteren Besuchern. Diesen Eindruck hatten wir. Natürlich gab es aber auch Familien mit Kindern.
    Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind stark eingeschränkt vorhanden. Eine handvoll kleinerer Läden und das war*s. Dafür gibt es reichlich Gastronomie.
    Sehr hundefreundlich. Leider nahmen es etliche Zeitgenossen mit dem Wegmachen der Hinterlassenschaften und dem Freilaufenlassen ihrer Vierbeiner nicht so genau. Aber dafür kann man der Gemeinde ja keine Schuld geben.
    Reichlich Möglichkeiten für Radtouren oder Wanderungen vorhanden. Und die friesischen Inseln sind zu Tagesausflügen direkt von Greetsiel oder Norddeich schnell zu erreichen.

    Fazit: Gemütlicher kleiner Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub.”
