    “Piburg ist ein kleines und sehr ruhiges Dörfchen. Ein Skibus fährt die Skifahrer im Winter zur Seilbahn nach Oetz. Der Shuttle ist kostenlos und kann auch von Nicht-Skifahrern benutzt werden. Der Piburger-See ist landschaftlich wunderbar gelegen und kann im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen genutzt werden. ES gibt dabei eine Hütte mit Umkleidemöglichkeit und im Dorf ein Schlittschuh- und Schlittenverleih. Winterwanderwege sind angelegt und die Schlittenbahn ist präpariert. Es gibt zwei Gasthöfe, wir haben den Gasthof Piburger-See besucht und waren vom Essen begeistert. Die Menschen in Piburg sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Wir können uns auch einen Besuch im Sommer vorstellen. Leider liegt das Dorf an einem Nordhang und daher gab es wenig Sonne im Winter.”
