    “Ribaute selbst ist - gerade im Vergleich zu Lagrasse - nicht so der Hingucker. Aber von Ribaute aus lässt sich das Land der Katharer sehr gut erkunden. Besonders schön ist indessen die Badestelle in der der Orbieu: Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten durch das Dort zu erreichen. Wer richtig schwimmen will, kann dies tun. Die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, von Felsenkanten ins Wasser zu springen, sind der eigentliche Spaßfaktor. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

    Das Lokal in Fabrezan ist sehr empfehlenswert. Schon mehr katalanische Küche mit Tapas. Köstlich. Der Restaurantgarten ist gefühlvoll und wohlproportioniert angelegt.

    Wer sich für guten Wein interessiert, hat mit dem Chateau Pech-Latt eine gute Adresse sogar in Fahrradweite.

    2 Fahrradtouren habe ich unternommen, Richtung Lagrasse, weiter auf der D 3 Richtung Carcasonne und dann Richtung Complong wieder zurück. Herrliche Strecke, sehr abwechslungsreich.”
