The quiet locality in the lovely Lower Bavarian cultural landscape of the Rottal thermal baths triangle is characterised by warm hospitality and friendly people. The house is only about 4km from Bad Füssing and about a kilometre from the beautiful Innauen. There are shopping facilities about 5km away. There are countless leisure activities in the area, such as a visit to one of the three thermal baths, an outdoor pool, lakes, a golf course, minigolf and pit-pat, cycle tours, hikes, various restaurants etc.

The apartment measures around 35m² and is on the first floor. The fully-equipped kitchen with cooking rings, a fridge and freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle has a cosy corner bench. The living and sleeping room provides a double bed and a quality sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC and window.
