The quiet locality in the lovely Lower Bavarian cultural landscape of the Rottal thermal baths triangle is characterised by warm hospitality and friendly people. The house is only about 4km from Bad Füssing and about a kilometre from the beautiful Innauen. There are shopping facilities about 5km away. There are countless leisure activities in the area, such as a visit to one of the three thermal baths, an outdoor pool, lakes, a golf course, minigolf and pit-pat, cycle tours, hikes, various restaurants etc.

The apartment is on the first floor and measures around 35m². The living and sleeping room provides a double bed, a dining table with three chairs and a sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen has two cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and toilet.
